It's been a long time since Rick started at Craig as a welder. Rick grew his responsibilities in the shop and now leads as the head of the Fabrication Department. He has spearheaded both lean manufacturing and process automation projects allowing us to ensure that our attachment components are the best they can be.

Rob Glaspy
Engineering Design
Rob has been with Craig for just under a year now and is taking well to the heavy equipment engineering design role. When Rob's not working he enjoys fly fishing and putting miles on his Yamaha 1100 V-Star Silverado.

Phil Brown
Engineering Design
A senior designer on our engineering team, Phil is the go-to guy on specialized wheel loader attachments. Phil is a volunteer firefighter with the local Department and spends his remaining spare time working on his '93 Corvette engine equipped Chevy Step-Side.
