Parts Support
We are proud to support our products with stocked parts. Instock parts, that are available at any of our locations, can be shipped same day or, worst case scenario, next day depending on time of order. Non stocked parts will be shipped in 5 business days from receipt of PO (this excludes cylinders and parts weldments requiring fit and weld time).
Manufacturing

Technical Support
Heavy equipment attachments should make your job easier and not complicate things. At Craig, we have a team dedicated to helping our customers ensure they’re getting the right attachment for their unique application and assist in keeping that attachment operating as it should. Whether you’re buying new or have an existing attachment, the Craig Manufacturing Technical Product Support team is ready to help.
Craig Manufacturing is now certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) at all three of our locations across Canada. This means all welding related services provided by Craig, both through our shops and our mobile services, meet the welding standards set by the CWB.
SERVICE: SHOP OR FIELD
Craig serves a wide range of industry including construction, farming, mining, and rail. Our Service Techs can react fast and get your job done efficiently with the highest quality.
INSTALLATIONS:
Available in-branch or through our mobile Service Truck, Craig Manufacturing can install any attachments (including non-Craig products), auxiliary hydraulic kits, guarding, and more.
MACHINE MODIFICATIONS:
Craig Manufacturing’s CWB certified welders can extend or shorten excavator sticks; mount catwalks and box liners; even extend excavator chassis to fit wider tracks.
ALIGN BORE:
Get back to your OEM specs and tolerance with Craig’s portable bore welding and machining services for any type of equipment.
ATTACHMENT RELUGS:
With most hookup styles in stock, Craig can quickly convert your existing attachments to work with different Quick Couplers or machines.
STEEL WELDING & REPAIR:
Our CWB certified branch and mobile service trucks can tackle any and all steel welding repairs. Attachments, structural steel, heavy equipment, industrial components, etc. If it’s steel, we can help.
HYDRAULICS:
With extensive inventory of Gates hose and Parker fittings, Craig can manufacture custom hosing in the field and repair any of your damaged hydraulic routings.
